Personalized Fundraising Web-Stores
1. WHY PERSONALIZED WEB-STORES WITH DIRECT SHIP ONLY?
- Consumers are ordering on-line in record numbers and on-line is the only growing part of retail. Our program is designed to capitalize on these trends.
- They want the items delivered right to their door and they expect a reasonable price for this.
- Today in the news we hear of Blockbuster Video going bankrupt - having lost to NETFLIX a company who delivers the same videos right to the customer's door. We know this new service is what consumers want and we want to provide it versus having someone beat us to it.
- Today, EASY is CRITICAL... this program is the least amount of work for everyone! Hassle free so not a lot of volunteers are needed. In this decade no one has extra time - a program like ours makes it easy for everyone.
2. WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WITH NO CREDIT CARDS OR INTERNET OR ARE AFRAID TO ORDER ONLINE?
- Although you can add this complexity if you choose (more on this in to follow) this program is designed for the large majority (85%+) who can participate.
- Like every program there will always be those who can't or don't want to participate - not everything is for everyone. As an example some fundraisers use books or magazine subscriptions because they are also easy to offer but many of their supporters won't participate because of not wanting that product and sales will be lower than with a Regal fundraiser.
3. CAN I OR THE FUNDRAISER ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE ORDERS FROM THOSE WHO AREN'T ONLINE?
- Yes. Simply you the Rep or the Fundraiser can accept an order with cash or cheque from that customer and then use your own or the Fundraiser's credit card to place that order right on the fundraiser web-site and have it shipped direct to them.
4. WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITES AND WHAT ARE THE ORGANIZATIONS' AND THEIR VOLUNTEERS?
- As a Rep - we need you to be the ambassador of the program and get out in your community and sell Regal Fundraising - we call it a SPONSOR when you sign one up and since this new program involves just a little work you are asked to help them get the program started (get their logo to us for the web-store, get us the contact information and campaign dates, etc) and to be the liaison with Head Office.
- The Fundraiser Organization & its Volunteer are primarily responsible for TRACKING & MOTIVATION. It is their job to track each order (the customer, fundraiser and Rep all receive a confirmation email with every order) and using the referral field know how they are doing and who need motivation. They also need to print out the starting letter and distribute to each participant with a catalogue.
5. CAN WE SETUP A FRENCH WEB-STORE?
- Unfortunately not today BUT you can set up a standard Fundraiser using FREE catalogues and order forms for French communities.
6. CAN WE RUN A YEAR-ROUND FUNDRAISER?
Yes...
- Use the web-store and run 6 campaigns each year to coincide with each Regal catalogue. Your campaign would close at the end of each 2 month period and then Regal would send you your payout cheque. The system would set the Fundraiser sales back to $0 at the close of each campaign BUT you are guaranteed a minimum of 30% with each campaign.
- A Fundraising Friend is an experienced fundraising coach who can help you through the process of conducting a successful Regal fundraiser. There is no cost for your school or group to have a fundraising friend and most people find them to be helpful and produce better fundraising results.
