Process an exchange
- If a supporter wishes to return their purchase they will be incented/encouraged to exchange it for another item from our vast catalogue, thereby maintaining their support for the fundraiser.
Request a cash refund
- Refunds can be requested while the Fundraising campaign is open. These funds will be taken from the profits of the Fundraiser. If the campaign is closed only Exchanges can be made.

If you are not satisfied simply return the product to your Independent Regal Representative within 60 days for a prompt exchange or refund! (personalized items and opened CDs or books are not returnable, unless of course, it is our mistake.)
