If You Believe a Product is Missing from Your Order …

Contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we may initiate an inquiry, following which we will either send the missing product or issue you a refund.

 

If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product …

Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue you a refund. You will be provided with further instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product.

 

If You are Not Satisfied with the Products You Ordered …

Send us an e-mail message within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization number (RA#); please include your order number with your request.

For unused products in resaleable condition in their original packaging, we will issue a refund of the product price paid (not including shipping and handling charges) upon receipt of the returned product. For products which are not in resaleable condition due to damaged or missing packaging (including retail packaging defaced by shipping labels), instruction booklets, or other accessories, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee or the actual replacement cost of such items (whichever is greater) from the refund otherwise due.

You are responsible for return shipping, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable). In order to avoid incurring brokerage fees, duties, and taxes, return shipments from the United States or overseas should be shipped via the postal service (not via courier service), with customs documentation declaring that the contents are returned goods. Return shipments should be appropriately insured; Regal Home & Gifts cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to the products during shipping.

Return of a product signifies your acceptance of the terms of our return authorization. Products returned without prior return authorization may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

 

If the Product Malfunctions …

Products are warranted by Regal Home & Gifts Inc. for a period of 30 days from receipt. Beyond this 30 day period, products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. If a product malfunctions, ceases to function, or requires repair or servicing, please contact the manufacturer or contact us to determine the warranty coverage.
